I am delighted to introduce myself as Dr. Naveenkumar, a proud member of the esteemed Klinik ZENMED team. With a medical degree from Indonesia and over a decade of experience in primary care settings across Malaysia, particularly in Borneo, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our clinic.
Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of serving diverse communities, from bustling city centers to remote rural areas. My passion for providing quality healthcare to underserved populations has taken me on mission relief efforts, including my groundbreaking work in Long Pasia, Sabah, where I was the first and only doctor stationed.
In my role at Klinik ZENMED, I am dedicated to upholding our mission of delivering compassionate and accessible healthcare to all. With a focus on creating sustainable systems for primary care and establishing long-term health solutions for local communities, I am excited to embark on this journey with you.

Clinic Management
Our clinic management practices are designed to optimize operations, enhance patient experiences, and uphold the highest standards of quality and professionalism.
Patient Arrival and Registration:
- Welcome the patient upon arrival at the clinic.
- Obtain patient's IC/passport/identification documents for registration.
- Collect basic demographic information and reason for visit.
Triage and Vital Signs Assessment:
- Direct the patient to the triage area in treatment room.
- Conduct vital signs assessment including temperature, blood pressure, pulse rate, respiratory rate, and oxygen saturation.
- Record vital signs accurately in the triage paper chart.
Initial Check-Up by Doctor:
- Patient called to the doctor's consultation room.
- Doctor conducts initial check-up, gathers medical history, and discusses patient's concerns.
- Doctor performs necessary physical examination, diagnostic tests or procedures based on patient's condition.
Diagnosis and Treatment Plan:
- Doctor provides diagnosis and discusses treatment options with the patient.
- Prescribe medications if needed and advise on proper usage.
- Educate the patient about their condition and answer any questions they may have.
Medication Dispensing and Advice:
- Patient proceeds to the dispensary area to collect prescribed medications.
- Pharmacist or clinic assistant dispenses medications and provides instructions on dosage and administration.
- Patient receives advice on potential side effects and precautions to be taken.
Follow-Up Appointment:
- Schedule a follow-up appointment for the patient, typically 2 days after the initial visit.
- Remind the patient about their follow-up appointment date and time.
- Provide any necessary instructions or preparations for the follow-up visit.
